Sheffield Renewables is a Community Benefit Society (a community-owned project) that builds, owns and operates renewable energy schemes in Sheffield. They are currently generating at five sites, including a school, a police station, a food co-operative, a community centre and a co-housing project. Their latest venture (2025), in partnership with SY Ecofit, is looking into generating renewable energy and decarbonising the Our Cow Molly dairy farm.
