Give Over is an exhibition to re-frame media reporting of refugees and immigration, by Maryam Jameela and Shivaya Prasad. It is coordinated by Opus using workshops, archival work, and local reporting including Now Then Magazine, to challenge white supremacist and racist attitudes to global movement. The aim is to raise consciousness from a point of “refugees welcome” to understanding the violence required in order to maintain borders.
