Public meeting: Why are so many Iranians forced to become refugees?

This meeting is one of series seeking to connect issues of human rights, global politics and colonial legacies with why people are forced to flee their countries. Previous events have focused on Eritrea and the plan is to hold similar themed meetings on Afghanistan, Turkey and Yemen.Speakers: Yassmanie Mather (Critique Journal ) Raha Bareini (Amnesty International) With songs from Arash Sabet (Singer-Songwriter) and time for questions and discussion. Event organised by South Yorkshire Migration and Asylum Action Group (SYMAAG), Politics Society of Sheffield University and Amnesty International Sheffield.
