Brexit & Social Haunting: What role does our past have in shaping our future?

Three connected sessions for fifteen local residents, where "Leave" and "Remain" voters will explore how the past shapes our current identities and our visions for the future. To mark out common ground those present will begin each session by cooking and eating a free vegetarian meal together. Part of Festival of Debate. Events include panel discussions, debates, Q&As, artistic responses and keynote speeches, at various venues. It is hosted by not-for-profit social enterprise Opus Independents (which also publishes a monthly Alt-Sheff column in Now Then magazine).In association with the Education & Social Research Institute at Manchester Metropolitan University.
