Reducing Sheffield's carbon emissions

Sheffield's own Carbon Reduction Framework and Action Plan have now been agreed, see Council minutes (click here). Meanwhile the new Community Assemblies each have £50,000 to spend on climate change projects, and Sheffield Campaign
Against Climate Change (SCACC) wants to know how this will contribute to reducing the city's carbon footprint.
