Cycle conference in Sheffield: Can you help out?

This year its CycleSheffield´s turn to host the CTC/CycleNation Annual Conference, on Saturday 15th October at Firth Court, Sheffield University. This is an important event in the cycling calendar that normally attracts about 100 delegates,but if you are considering helping please be reassured that they are not being too ambitious; overall it will be fairly low key/locally focussed.
A small group have put together a programme together for the day, and for other events over the weekend. They have reached the point where they need to ask for help from local volunteers with the various tasks associated with this one day event, and would love to hear from you!
The sorts of tasks that need volunteers include: Speaker Liason, IT liason, Admin, Media Relations - ie being a contact for any enquiries near/on the day to do with local coverage should the opportunity arise, Displays and Stalls, eg. approach local organisations such as Recyclebikes to see if they want to display, Stewards/on the day volunteers, Co-Ordinator.
