Ratcliffe climate trial ends

The three week trial of climate activists including some from Sheffield has ended. They were among 114 arrested at a Nottingham school in 2009, close to Ratcliffe-on-Soar power station. 20 were found guilty of conspiring to commit aggravated trespass, but they firmly believe that "Taking action on climate change is not an act of moral righteousness, but of self-defence."
